Well although last week i had put on weight the great news is I have lost 6 pounds on my new diet!
so lots of green veg (but no root veg), meat or fish and a 1 hour of walking 3 days a week.
am encouraged.
yeah fat boy slimmer..

so i find myself today at a meeting. hurrah. then i wondered why! come on who the heck spends 10 min talking about a door... gr
then my scales in the bathroom claim ive put on weight.... grr
then bristol rovers lose.. grrr
hurrah..

its the 24th and ok i know its not been updated for a while.....
So you know about vegas. im going on 28th feb. staying in sarhara then ceasers palace and finally a night in the stratosphere. the first and last hotels are like really cheap £30 for the room!!! amazing huh. we shall be doing grand canyon and some of the rollercoasters and just chilling by the pool and reading. No (for those that have asked) i wont be getting hitched to a waitress or random person whilst im out there. Ok if britney spears is up for it that might be a different matter... lol How shallow am I.
Big brother thing. Nope dont watch it. Nope i didnt think it was racist either.

Branscombe Beach. Nope never went no desire.
Bristol Rovers. Now here is something to talk about. They are doing well at the moment. ok we are in the semi finals of the johnstone paint trophey. 9th place in league 2 (having risen from the bottom at the begining of the season) AND we are in the 4th round of the FA cup UNLIKE liverpool !!!! and LEEDS!!!!. COME ON YOU GAS.
Mel Pike. Now she deserves a mention. it was her 29th birthday and i was invited. thank you it was really great. saw liz an old youth group member (not 29 but 25 but still old).
Tiff and Suzy are lovely people and they are having a baby real soon. Im trying to point out that Simon is a great name. but whats the betting NO CHANCE. come on I was best man.
Oh and C doesnt stand for Colin. I remember now as someone asked me at MELS birthday party. It stands for Chris.... I shall explain more later...
Work is same o same o. Matt may leave soon and go to a better place. so pray with me...
My love life has got better. I love my bed more so have decided to spend more time in it. lol.
Discovered that lol means two things.... ahem.
went to welly's housewarming. and well i had a laugh but they all thought i was gay. this has GOT TO STOP. IM NOT OK. just like wearing comfatable shoes.
Chris and Andrea announced they are engaged which is cool. and are getting married on July 26th. SO BOOK IT IN NOW.
oh and and ive decided im getting fit. ok i did join the gym. but that was rubbish. i went and felt rubbish because only THIN people go to a gym. They should have FAT nights. WHEN I CAN FEEL GOOD. Actually have been challenged to lose a stone before Vegas. OK so its less than a month away.. right now im heavy, cant believe how heavy ive allow myself to go. rubbish. now on a 34 inch waist. how rubbish is that (LOL). SO im walking. Each day 1 hour after work. gives me time to think and walk and pray and be...
...Alright ive only done 3 days. lost zero weight. im in pain. but it will be great... think i might need new shoes...
this therefore means i will up date you on the weight loss.
ive been told going round naked does not consitute weight loss. bum.
when you see me ask me about the man who wanted to remove a 42" on his own. its very funny. cant publish more.. etc

gosh and what a start to it...
personally I'm going to for a great one. the last two have been difficult and its now time for turn around.
who knows what God has in store but im praying.....
Daves new years party was soooooo memorable!! oh yes for a number of reasons. 1. daves batman's costume, 2. tiddly winks drinking game.... and 3. the 2am party games..
christmas was cool at colins and then christmas part 2 was really fantastic. i got a remote dalek which was excellent. plus an electric guitar!!! whoo hoo.. not sure the neighbours love it.
ive just been asked to do something and im sooo chuffed. THANKS C!!
