being that i shall be up at 4.30 a.m. (as i was today) 10 p.m. feels like midnight.
borrowing chris's comp as he is away... dont panic i have permission!! lol
driving for 9 hours and 30 mins is long. very long. with a good ole 45 min break. nice.
what made me laugh was hearing that daniel decided to scare the lions today at Paington Zoo. How? by mooning them (for those who do not know what mooning is ask!!). The only trouble is.. Paington Zoo has no lions.. na not really... lol
the question today is .. "is daniel like his uncle dave?" answers to the usual address with the usual prize rules and prize etc.
ho hum.
need sleep.

Just when you thought it was safe to stick on a computer and download your emails.
this week I've mainly been receiving emails from all those lonely people from around the world who either want to send or get me to finance their millions or visit their new webcam and website. Among those however were some lovely ones. Thanks..
so that was it in the world of bus driving. Not that I have finished BUT I have finished my training. So next Tuesday I start for real. Yup they allow me on the streets on Exeter with a £20 float, some spare ticket roll!!, a fare stage book, the company manual (which by law I have to carry at all times.. In fact ask the next driver on your bus for a copy of the conditions of service.. He should have it or he/she is breaking the law), also I have a "t" key, a pen and my module.. HURRAH.
Mind you I've been told if I don't have a flask for coffee then I'm not a real bus driver. LOL.
This week I have also been feeling rather rebellious. Esp after discovering the Exeter Transport and Social Club. Never Never Never start drinking from 3 p.m.
Its been interesting leaving the world of Christian work (full time - what ever that means) and joining the heathen. LOL. Ok I've now shared my faith more and prayed for other drivers and yet at the same time allowed myself to slip. When you are not held accountable to people around you then you are liable and perhaps a liability...
Still looking for that midweek church though.
but apart from that still alive.
Matt is leaving me next week to run away to the USA. Feel really bad not actually seen him for more than an hour in the last week. Still got my order in for Wintergreen Breath Savers. Whoo hoo. I was going to ask for 200 Malborough Lights but decided against it. LOL
SWYN have decided on a new website just for recruitment. so we shall see...

oh by the way if you are interested Im working tues 6 a.m.-4 p.m wed 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. thurs 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. and sat 6 a.m. - 2 p.m... No more late nights :(

Hey Hey!! have discovered the wonderful of world of blogging! So I just thought I'd say Hi and sorry for not being in touch!! Bus driving?? Love it! Am coming back in April, last week of, think we could catch uo over a cuppa?

so a week has past and managed to get hold of a computer to write the ole blog on. life is never a dull thing and altogether interesting at all points.
I have now driven a Double Decker Bus. Which admittedly was scary and yet some what exhilterating! I'm really hoping Im not going to get bored on the buses cause im loving it at the mo... ALSO ive driven the route "G" and after this weeks intensive ticket machine course I was able to take tickets.. mega riders, gold riders, explorersa and the traditional singles and returns.. nice
This week I will be learning and potentially all city routes and those on the way out.. So take a bus during the day and it could be me.. lol
what else can i say..

Oh i finished tesco!! which (much like andy) i also lost weight and gained fittness so i will need to be careful now. esp not to eat in the canteen..!!!!

Double Decker? Are you taking to driving chocolate bars!? It's not just the weight loss that's good, it's the defined muscles that are great! Got some blind dates coming up over the next week (!) so am going to apply my beauty treatments. You'll have to come around to the new house sometime (I'm apparently an ok cook!). God Bless...

I passed. Still can't believe it but I passed my psv and can now drive a bus or any vehicle with passengers. Yeah!! But would you wanna come on my bus??
OK some people have asked who is *** well to be honest it is the same person who I drank with last Sunday night and who I saw on the bus on Friday. But you know life would be boring if we knew everything.
and catching up on the rest of the news.. Bristol Rovers now hold the record for the most draws in a season! Someone broke my wing mirror and didn't stop. Daniel was nearly expelled from school. Still exhausted and about to die.
but apart from that... Still alive.
please pray for me on Monday. Big day and hopefully close another chapter in my life.

and so the time comes where i've nearly completed the driving part of the bus.. friday being my test. ah. i think im ready. well today i didnt hit a kerb. so that was cool and my bus stops where also ok. Infact if my test had been today i would have been happy.
over the last week ive been busy doing all sorts on the bus and in tescos.
went out for a drink on Sunday night and that was great. really enjoyed just being me for a while. esp with the lack of social life.. work work work.. hmm too much for too little.
missed not seeing matt around this week as he is off on conference. i kinda miss that as well. my enfp is def coming out and im really strugling.
so pray for tim my instructor again as he is having a opp next week.
what else can i say BUT ROLL ON 3 weeks when i leave tescos. Although every one is being nice to me. Im at the stage where im suggesting stuff and people are taking notice. esp in the management area.

and so the end is near... well maybe!
my life has become long dayed!! as in leave at 7.30am and get back at 11.30pm and I think im wearing out fast.
today is thursday and I've now been driving a bus for 2 whole days. WOW. Next week I take my test. I think its a bit fast but honestly Ive got it. Corners, roundabouts and straight lines NO PROBLEM!!. not sure on everything else though. Friday I'm going to learn brakes. Which is strange to learn on the 3rd day. Ho hum.
Tesco's has also been exciting. Ive trained another driver to drive the ole vans and to do the runs. (he he he) My manager asked me to fail my diving test 3 times so i could work for tescos instead of going to stagecoach. great. then the Store Manager came and spoke to me personally today and wondered if I would reconsider. Ok I'm stopping before i cant get out of my bedroom door....
Sunday night was interesting as I met up with *** and it was great to see them and kinda wished they were around a bit more.
Saturday i had done a disco in Telford and Im still not recovered and now have another in Bristol but everyone is going to a housewarming.. nice.
So life is life. Saw laura and katie and matt (ok I see him everyday about midnight!) and did my job as taxi to the millions. I'm feeling like a dad. lol. People at tescos talk about sex and people on the buses talk about being married. I kinda feel a bit torn in between. Learning how to be a Christian in the work place when you are on your own spirtualy.. Hard but good lessons.
Missing my family who are sick. Beth has chicken poxs and rebekah is running a temp and im at flippin work. its crap. wish i was back at home.
Need to surround myself with mates as i might do something silly.. bit vunerable at the moment. Mind you lots of hormones running around the flat.
Working on the ICY website and SWYM have just asked for a complete revamp. So with all that spare time....
So thats it.. far too long... maybe.
Pray for my instructor called Tim. who has cancer in a gland. I will tell him people are praying.. so you better pray or else...
lol
4 more weeks of tescos... 1 more week and i'll have passed my psv...
who knows whats around the corner...
